At the moment next applies :

Everything that has been opened and used will be refunded after return. Please get in touch to arrange the return. All charges for the return are for the customer.

In case of a product short coming, proven by pictures,.... please get in touch and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
All our jars are inspected individually before shipping and sealed. therefor proof must be given for any issue after shipping that would have the customer unsatisfied.
